Le mas de Plantery
Located on the edge of the magnificent duchy of Uzès bordering the Parc de la Vallée de l'Eure, between the vineyards, is the Mas de Plantery, an authentic Provencal farmhouse from 1826, luxuriously and completely renovated since 2023 that can ideally accommodate 16 to 20 people.
Its large volumes, its equipment, its indoor swimming pool along the south-facing terrace with its sliding doors, and its large terraces make this place exceptional in summer and winter alike. A true haven of peace and nature while being able to take advantage by foot of the charming town of Uzès by walking through the Vallée de l'Eure.
The large terraces of the Mas de Plantery invite you to spend long days outside and dreamy evenings under the Provençal light. Enjoy your lunch outdoors under the pergolas, or in the shade of the two large trees in the courtyard. Challenge your loved ones to a game of pétanque, corn hole, badminton or, if you prefer, table tennis. You will for sure enjoy the swimming pool after all those efforts.
It's a perfect spot for a special event such as a family reunion, a seminar or simply for lovers of the Provençal way of life wishing to spend an unforgettable holiday.
The property is secured with an alarm, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, allowing you to go on excursions with peace of mind.
The 6 bedrooms & their individual bathrooms
The sleeping area is located on the 3 levels of the farmhouse away from the living rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and in perfect harmony with the rest of the house. Well equipped, they each have their own bathroom. Each of these rooms has a view on the courtyard.
A possible configuration exists of 8 adults spread over the 4 double rooms, and then the children divided into the two family suites used as a "dormitory" for girls and a "dormitory" for boys.
The kitchen & dining room
The kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction stove with 6 plates and a large oven, a microwave, a fryer, a toaster, a filter and Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an ice maker, a Moulinex robot and a raclette machine. In addition, there are 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges with their respective freezer.
There's a large dining table with seats for 20 people maximum. You can access both the poolside and the courtyard from the dining room.
A Sonos Play 5 speaker is available to enjoy your favorite music. And of course, floor heating provides comfortable warmth during the winter months, while during summer it can turn into a refreshing mode.
Living & playing room, mezzanine
The living room has large volumes, with 3 large 3 seater sofas, a beautiful fireplace, a table football, a darts, an American billiard and a Pac-Man arcade. A mezzanine with 3 bean bags to chill in overlooks the living room, and there is also a Sonos Play 5 available.
There's a Samsung SMART TV with Internet access (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, etc.), and floor heating ensures your comfort in winter, as well as its refreshing option in summer if needed.
The indoor pool has a small deck of 80 cm wide and 20 cm deep, that allows the little ones to play sitting in the water, under the supervision of their parents, while the rest of the pool has a depth of 1.5m.
You will quickly realize in summer during the hot weather the benefits of a shaded and covered swimming pool (no risk of sunburn) with its large sliding patio doors overlooking the large garden and its terraces, while in autumn, winter and spring, you will benefit from its heating function.
8 deck chairs, which can be arranged under the pergola in the shade, along the indoor swimming pool, or why not under the sun in the garden, will allow you to enjoy your well-deserved rest.
